The short version
- I only collect what I need to reply to you, work with you or send you what you've asked for.
- I never sell, rent or trade your information.
- I use a small number of trusted tools to run the business, listed below.
- Analytics and advertising cookies only run if you say yes.
- You can unsubscribe, see your information or ask me to delete it at any time.

Andrew to confirm: if the business is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (most UK businesses that handle personal data pay its data protection fee), add the registration number here.

Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the servers that host this site keep basic technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and when. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
If you agree to analytics and advertising cookies, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel also record how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the site that sent you and roughly where you are. See Cookies below.
How I use it, and why
Privacy laws ask me to have a lawful reason for each use of your information. Here's what I do and the reason I rely on.

Who I share it with
I never sell, rent or trade your personal information. I share it only with the service providers who help me run the business, and only what they need to do their job:
- HighLevel, my CRM: forms, contact records, booking calendars, text messages and email, including Growth Notes.
- Circle, which hosts The Growth Hub community and its memberships.
- Payment providers, such as Stripe, which process payments securely.
- Printing and postal services, to send The Growth Brief to members.
- BigScoots, my website host, which serves this site and keeps its technical logs.
- Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram), but only if you've agreed to analytics and advertising cookies.
- Professional advisers, such as my accountant, where they need it.
I may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect my legal rights.
Andrew to confirm: the checkout used for Access Andrew calls, and whether a printer or mailing service posts The Growth Brief. Name them here if you'd like to.
Cookies and embedded videos
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. When you first visit, I ask whether you're happy for me to use analytics and advertising cookies. Nothing in the list below that needs your consent runs until you say yes.
- Analytics: Google Analytics. Tells me which pages people visit and how they found the site, so I can improve it. Only with your consent. How Google uses this data.
- Advertising: the Meta Pixel. Lets me measure my Facebook and Instagram adverts and show them to people who've visited this site. Only with your consent. Meta's cookies policy.
- Your cookie choice is remembered in your browser, so I don't ask you on every page.
- Videos. Tutorials are hosted on YouTube and use its privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. Once you do, YouTube may set cookies under Google's privacy policy.
- Booking calendars and checkouts provided by HighLevel, Circle and payment providers may use cookies they need to work.
You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, and you can delete cookies in your browser's settings.
International transfers
Some of the tools I use, including HighLevel, Circle, Stripe, Google and Meta, are based in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed there. I choose providers that offer recognised safeguards for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
- Enquiries and applications that don't lead to working together: up to two years, then deleted.
- Clients and members: while we work together, then up to six years for tax and accounting records.
- Growth Notes subscribers: until you unsubscribe. I also regularly remove people who haven't opened an email in a long time.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask me to:
- tell you what personal information I hold about you and send you a copy
- correct anything that's wrong or out of date
- delete your information, where I don't need to keep it for legal reasons
- stop or limit how I use it, including for marketing
- send your information to you or another provider in a commonly used format
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything that happened before
I'll reply within one month. If you're not happy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, where the business is registered, or to the data protection authority where you live, such as the Isle of Man Information Commissioner, the Data Protection Commission (Ireland), the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (New Zealand). I'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Keeping it secure
This site is served over a secure, encrypted connection, and I use reputable providers that encrypt data and limit who can access it. No system is perfectly secure, though, and ordinary email isn't encrypted end to end, so please don't send card details or other sensitive information by email.
Testimonials and your story
I only publish a testimonial, your name, your business or your results with your permission. If you change your mind, tell me and I'll take it down.
Children
My services are for business owners and aren't aimed at anyone under 18. I don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given me their information, contact me and I'll delete it.
Other websites
This site links to other websites, including YouTube, Circle and the businesses I mention. I'm not responsible for how they handle your information, so please read their privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
I'll update this page when anything changes and change the date at the top. If a change affects how I use information you've already given me, I'll tell you by email first.
