Refund policy
When you can get your money back, and how to ask. This policy is part of my terms of use and sale.
Last updated: 6 October 2026
The short version
- The Growth Hub: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of first joining.
- After that, cancel anytime and keep access to the end of the period you've paid for.
- Access Andrew calls aren't refundable, but you can move a call with notice, and if I cancel you choose a new time or a full refund.
- Get Members and In Your Corner: refunds are set out in your written agreement.
- Something not right? Tell me first and I'll put it right.
The Growth Hub
- 14-day money-back guarantee. Join, explore the community, come to a live workshop and use the playbooks. If it isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of first joining and I'll refund your first payment in full, on either plan. No awkward questions.
- After 14 days, payments already made aren't refunded, including for part of a month or the rest of an annual plan. You can cancel at any time before your next renewal, and you'll keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Renewals. Plans renew automatically. If you forget to cancel, tell me as soon as you notice and I'll do what I fairly can.
- If I ever close The Growth Hub, I'll refund any time you've paid for but not used.
- The guarantee applies the first time you join. Once a refund is made, your access to the Hub and its materials ends.
Access Andrew calls
- Calls are paid for in advance, as a single call or a bundle, and can be used any time within 12 months of buying. Calls not booked within 12 months expire.
- Calls aren't refundable once bought, whether or not they've been booked or have taken place.
- Need to move a call? Let me know as early as you can and we'll find a new time. If you miss a call without telling me, it counts as used.
- If I need to cancel a call, you can choose a new time or a full refund for that call.
Get Members and In Your Corner
These are agreed individually. Fees, payment schedules, cancellation and any refunds are set out in the written agreement we sign before we start. If that agreement says something different from this policy, the agreement wins.
Courses, templates and downloads
If I sell a course, template or other download, you get access straight away, so these aren't refundable unless the product page says otherwise. If a file won't open or a link doesn't work, tell me and I'll fix it.
If something's wrong
If something you've bought isn't as described, or doesn't work as it should, tell me. I'll fix it, replace it or refund you, whichever is fair. If you're buying as a consumer rather than a business, nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.
How to ask for a refund
Email andrew@andrewwallis.me with your name, what you bought and when. I'll confirm within two working days. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 14 days of my confirming them, although your bank may take a few days longer to show it.
Payment disputes
If you're unhappy with a payment, please contact me before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Most things can be sorted quickly, and directly. While a chargeback is open, I may pause access to the service it relates to.
